Luke Stuttgen is an Associate of Sonecon and a senior economist for Aceso Global. Previously, Mr. Stuttgen served as a Staff Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisors under President Biden and Trump. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a M.A. from the Paris School of International Affairs, and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
